Since the vast majority of our products are prepared based on project and quantity requirements, returns are not accepted for custom-made products other than standard items.

For items in stock, return requests can be considered only if the product is unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Return requests must be submitted to us within 3 days of the product delivery date.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, cut, or applied.
